How do I view (upscale) my Mini-DV tapes so that they don't look pixellated on my high definition/HDTV?
I’ve recorded more than 100 Mini-DV tapes of family memories, and, on my SD tube TV they look very nice. However, I play them via my Sony HDR-HC3 Hi-Def camcorder via HDMI to my 32" LCD and they are horribly pixelated, to the point of being unwatchable. Help! I’m looking to purchase a high definition camcorder for around 00. I’m not expecting it to look like the HD demo movies at best buy, but how much better is it than a standard camcorder? Also, how do they handle motion? I’m looking at either Sony or Canon.
