CES 08: Pioneer’s Project KURO: Advance Design Concept


At CES, Pioneer Electronics unveiled concepts for future display technologies under the code name “Project KURO.” Pioneer engineers previewed future Project KURO concepts showing extreme contrast and advanced design that will further the idea that plasma is the best high-definition television technology and that the future is black and thin. This video describes the Advance Design Concept and features an interview with Russ Johnston, executive vice president of marketing and product planning for the Home Entertainment and Business Solutions Group. Filmed at the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas from 1/6-1/10.

    How come the company with the best tv in the world is no longer going to make them!!!!!! Could you please share your secret with Panasonic so they can carry on the progress you made?
