I connect VGA pc to HDTV. I can see windows loading screen and computer brand etc. and when it gets to login screen>> this appears on a black screen>> NO SIGNAL

ok my tv only has vga connector and my vid card has DVI if i plugged dvi side in to the pc and the other side of the wire had a vga slot , would i stil get good quality?

its called a 1/8 wire or something. if u just say tht at like radio shack, theyll hook u up
i use hdmi on my hdtv to conect my pc ,ps3,and other devices
just get a male-male cable aka headphone jacks ut with the jack on ether side of the cable
it will work even if its not an hdtv, but u will still need the outputs and cables required to watch it.
Thats the AUX cable (Green) like the cable the you connect from your PC speakers to your computer.
