How to upload a video onto youtube that will have the HD option?

so i have windows movie maker
and i’ve been searching videos on how to get them to HD

but then when i publish it to my computer i need to change it to the xbox thing ot
the windows HD video option

but i don’t have that
so i was wonder how i can get that so i can have HD videos
so if you can help that would be great

I don`t think WMM can render videos into 1280×720. You`ll have to get a more advanced video software such as Sony Vegas or Adobe Premiere.
Nina Cortex IV February 9, 2010 at 11:53 am: If you are talking about the HD button under videos on YouTube, only YouTube Partners have that.
You can view any video in HQ, just by clicking the HQ button under the video, or if it doesn’t have one, add &fmt=22 to the end of the URL.
This will change the sound quality from MONO to STEREO, and improve the image.
