i have a bush LCD37 hd ready tv but no picture or sound comes up what shall i do?


when i switch it on the red light flashes but no sound or picture comes up any ideas of what to do?
yes it has worked before, i’ve had it for two years. it just stopped working. the stand by button has always been red, i tried disconnecting all cables connected to it, tried switching it on with the remote but still no picture or sound.

    take it back, or get a new tv hahah

    Has it ever worked? If so did it have a red light then? Quite a lot have a green light and it’s red when it’s in standby. You aren’t actually just turning it back on into standby and need to use a remote or something to turn it on to a channel?

    Also what have you plugged into it? Is that in standby mode?

    A flashing standby light is a fault code, it needs servicing. Sorry.
