   You’re looking for a video switcher. You can get them in a bunch of different types (HDMI, component, composite, s-video, etc.). Just do a search for that on Amazon or B&H or such and you should come up with a range of options, with hopefully something that has what you need.

   You could also look up a/v switcher or distribution amplifier. Those are other terms that can be used for the same type of device.
