I have an HD ready LCD TV.
It is connected via a scart cable to a PVR – Hard Disc Recorder.
I have bought a DVD Player with Upscale capabilities, this comes with a HDMI cable.
My question concerns connecting this DVD player to the TV.
I will use the HDMI cable. Do i also need to use a scart cable?
Is there anything I havent thought of?
You will just need the HDMI, you will not need to use the Scart as well.
if the tv has a hdmi port then all you need to do is use the hdmi cable.
No. The HDMI cable carries the video and audio signal in one cable.
