		<description>There is no emulator for high definition TV. There are PC tuner cards though.  Look up products by MyHD, DVICO, or ATI HDTV Wonder.  

I have a DVICO Fusion card myself and it takes in over-the-air high definition TV signals that can be watched/recorded on your PC.  There is software that runs it and uses your graphics card for video acceleration, but this does not emulate an HDTV.</description>
