What is the difference between the xbox 360 hd dvd player and hd dvd drive?

I’ve just bought myself a 360 and i want to play hd dvds. What is the difference between them???

What do you mean by the HD-DVD drive? The 360 doesn’t have an HD-DVD drive. By itself the 360 can’t play any HD movies. You need to have the 360 HD-DVD add-on to watch HD-DVD movies on the 360.

Just better sound which ani’t that important. Hd dvd is out of bussiness any way and they ani’t making no more dvds so it would be a waste of money to buy one.
