At the bottom of the window that pops up, there should be tabs that say "Project", "Video", "Advanced Video", "Audio" and "System". Select video and then find "aspect ratio". It's on the right side of the window. Select "16:9" for that and then at the top, there should be "Template: Default Template". Rename it to "Full Screen", and hit the little floppy disk at the top to save it.
