I'm trying to find how to make it HD, but to make it full screen, go to render a video, select "Default template"(which should be below the file type selector) and hit "custom" to the right of that drop down list. At the bottom of the window that pops up, there should be tabs that say "Project", "Video", "Advanced Video", "Audio" and "System". Select video and then find "aspect ratio". It's on the right side of the window. Select "16:9" for that and then at the top, there should be "Template: Default Template". Rename it to "Full Screen", and hit the little floppy disk at the top to save it. You can now render in full screen when you have "Full Screen" enabled :D (sorry my explanation was confusing, I'm not good at explaining things xP)
