   Go to http://www.softpedia.com search for xvid4psp download and install it but firstly download and install K-Lite mega codec pack.This is a free universal converter.the only problem you will sometime face is during the conversion of flv videos,don’t worry just change the videos extension to MP4 and you are good to go.BTW this converter uses lots of advance features.
   up-conversion of video to hd requires filters not every video converter features this but this one surely does.Lasly If the source is in poor quality there’s nothing much you can do to increase the quality of the output but like i said it is the best out there and for free. hope that helps
